At Alpinestars, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and gear in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
